Lifehacker has a great step-by-step tip from a reader on how to configure Firefox to display selected tags permanently, in a way that saves space, too. This is great for those tabs that you always access, such as Gmail or Google Reader. The screenshot above demonstrates this better than words can, showing a normal tab, with two much smaller tabs to its left.
